Redbridge and Sons Property Services are currently recruiting for a Technical Sales Specialist to join our further expanding workforce and be an influential part of the company's future development.

Redbridge & Sons Property services are a leading Renewable Technologies, Heating and Electrical company based in Gloucester and providing a wide range of Sustainable Energy Solutions for the drive to Net Zero for businesses and homeowners alike.

This is a new and exciting role within the business, giving the successful candidate the opportunity to grow the business development opportunities and potentially lead a sales team in the future. We work in the small commercial and domestic marketplaces and use the latest renewable and smart home energy technologies along with traditional heating systems in the retrofit market. Its also an opportunity for the successful candidate to progress their skills with a dedicated training and development plan.

Requirements:



Attending sites to complete surveys for Solar PV, Battery, Heating, ASHP's and general M&E works, for our customers. Prepare and present technical proposals/quotes to each customer/client. Progress proposals with customers to ensure they have all the information required to make an informed decision and close the sales. Support the SMT in Identifying strategic sales strategies and targets in the renewable sector. Working closely with our marketing team for the implementation of the sales strategies marketing requirements to achieve sales targets. Proactively seek out opportunities and target new potential clients/customers ensuring we are using technology to assist us in Return on Effort (ROE) Working closely with our bid writers develop and submit tenders/bids on DPS and frameworks when available. Seek out network group opportunities Look at inviting customers and clients to our fully functioning Renewable Energy showroom, organise open days/evenings and or to support local sustainability groups. Attend and produce monthly sales figures plus future business development ideas/plans for a monthly update meeting with the SMT. Work closely with the Project Managers for handover of sales and technical/client information Manage questions/answers to proposals/ tenders. Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements (Training available if required)
Product training will also be provided for the successful applicant on specialist technologies and installation procedure requirements.

Have great Communication skills. Good IT skills and understanding. Attention to detail, essential. Be good with Customers and manage their requests and wants. Excellent Problem-solving skills, help find the right solutions for the project. Must be happy to present to clients in meetings or on the phone/Teams. Happy to work as part of our Redbridge Team. Creative thinking, always looking for new opportunities and ideas. Non-judgemental, Patience.

Qualifications/Experience:



Experience in a similar technical sales role. Knowledge of heating, electrical and renewable technologies would be preferable. Experience on PVSOL, EasyPV or similar designs tools preferable. Have a passion for sales and provide the right solution for the clients. Thrive in a team environment and must be a positive leader. Full clean Driving License.
Job Type: Full Time employment 40 Hours per week.

Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm with 1/2 hour for lunch.

Pay:

40,000 to 45,000 per year OTE 75,000+

Additional Pay:

Commission Pay (unlimited) Bonus
