We're looking for a proactive and motivated individual to join our team in a hybrid role that combines technical sales support with administrative coordination. Key Responsibilities
Handle the full order cycle -- from processing purchase orders to ensuring timely and accurate delivery
Coordinate between the warehouse, sales, and logistics teams to ensure efficient fulfillment
Provide assistance to the technical team during installation processes
Troubleshoot issues and support clients remotely to ensure successful setup
Gain practical experience with innovative technologies and real-world implementation
Join customer meetings to understand their requirements and present relevant solutions
Develop communication skills for effectively explaining technical concepts in a clear and professional manner
Manage stock movement, including product restocking, arranging deliveries, and tracking shipments
Collaborate with the supply chain team to streamline delivery schedules and ensure proper inventory control
Working Hours
Full-time - 37.5 hours/week (Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm)
Salary
21,600 - 25,200 per annum (Equivalent to 1,800 - 2,100 per month)
Candidate Profile
Preferred Skills:
Tech-savvy and comfortable picking up technical knowledge
Strong written and spoken English
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Great attention to detail and accuracy
Team player with a logical, problem-solving approach
Professional communication and excellent phone manner
Experience or knowledge in IT is advantageous
Proficiency in modern foreign languages (e.g. French, Spanish) is a plus

Education & Qualifications:
5 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English
