About Us:



At Broxap Ltd, we specialise in delivering high-quality products for B2B brands across street furniture, cycle parking, and the outdoor playground sectors. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a technically-minded and results-driven Technical SEO Executive to help drive organic growth for our portfolio of 6 websites (SEO).



Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:30



Holidays:

25 days holiday entitlement, plus 8 bank holidays



Salary:

Competitive market salary complete with bonus opportunities (28,000 - 32,000)

The Role:



As our Technical SEO Executive, you'll lead the charge in auditing, optimising, and maintaining the technical health of our B2B websites. You'll collaborate closely with developers, content teams, and our Marketing Manager to ensure our sites are search-engine friendly, scalable, and conversion-focused.



Key Responsibilities:



Perform in-depth technical SEO audits across our B2B sites.

Monitor crawlability, indexation, and technical site performance using online marketing tools such as SEMrush.

Implement and optimise structured data (Schema.org), canonical tags, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and hreflang.

Improve site speed and core web vitals performance in line with Google's ranking signals.

Troubleshoot and resolve crawl errors, redirects, duplication issues, and mobile usability problems.

Collaborate with developers on site migrations, architecture improvements, and technical rollouts.

Stay ahead of algorithm updates and translate them into actionable B2B SEO strategies.

Report on organic performance, rankings, and technical issues, with tailored insights for internal stakeholders.



Experience and Required Skills:



1-3 years' experience in a technical SEO role, ideally in a B2B environment.

Solid understanding of how SEO fits into a B2B buyer journey and funnel.

Experience working with popular CMS platforms, particularly Magento 2 and Wordpress.

Proficient in tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics (UA & GA4), and Search Console.

Strong grasp of HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics, and their SEO implications.

Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
