As the
Technical Administrator
, you will play a key role in supporting the
Technical Team
and actively contributing to the development of the company's Technical Vision and Strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing supplier non-conformances, including conducting investigations and performing trend analysis.
Support in the collection and reporting of relevant technical data for key internal and external stakeholders.
Provide administrative assistance with audit preparation, traceability exercises, and filing Certificates of Analysis as directed.
Under guidance, administer Certificates of Analysis and microbiology results to customers when required.
Develop a strong understanding of food safety, food technology, and food science within a manufacturing environment.
Collaborate effectively with team members, supporting colleagues as needed.
Attend product taste panel sessions, coordinate sample collection, and report findings to the business.
Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in a technical or administrative role (preferably within the food manufacturing sector).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office and other technical software.
A pragmatic approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
A desire to learn and understand food safety, technology, and science in a food manufacturing setting.
