What You'll Do



Lead with impact

by building trusted partnerships with clients, helping them make decisive, confident choices to achieve their goals.

Safeguard businesses

from cyber threats through best-in-class technical solutions, training, and education that support their teams.

Deliver clarity

on budget, cashflow, and tech life cycles--ensuring clients maintain a commercial edge with scalable, stable IT systems.

Tailor solutions

to fit each business's operational preferences, enabling them to run their business their way.

Drive excellence

by implementing finely tuned systems that simplify performance and elevate customer experience.

Align strategy

by connecting technology investments directly to business outcomes, ensuring roadmaps are clear and future-proof.

Collaborate with our expert team

, acting as a trusted advisor and expert, outsourced partner, or extension of in-house IT teams.

What You'll Bring



Proven experience in leading technical teams and service desks. Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, servers, networking equipment firewalls, routers, switches, VLANs). Experience with system monitoring and preventative maintenance. Familiarity with IT Helpdesk operations and ticketing systems (e.g. HaloPSA). Prior experience in a similar role within an MSP or IT services company. Strategic thinking with a commercial mindset. A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Excellent knowledge of hardware and software installation and support. Systems administration expertise across a range of devices (PCs, Macs, tablets). Ability to manage stock and procurement of technical items. Understanding of IT security and confidentiality protocols.
You must have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle with the ability to work from the Ipswich office and travel to client sites as needed.
