We are currently recruiting an exciting opportunity for a Technical Services Manager to join a leading property management and real estate services firm based in London. This is a key role within the team with responsibility for leading and delivering technical support to a multi-site, multi client portfolio. This will include completing engineering and maintenance surveys and reports to support the business, review & manage engineering risk and deliver on business development objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct energy management audits and develop improvement plans Manage the execution of small-scale M&E projects Engage and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Drive innovation and continuous improvement in sustainability practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical services management Experience of new build construction and / or management Strong knowledge of building operating systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to drive results and deliver high-quality service
