Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a Technical Skills Coach / Trainer - Electrical to join the team at our Slough & Langley College campus on a full-time, permanent basis.

Technical Skills Coach / Trainer - Electrical

We're seeking a dedicated individual to manage and mentor a dynamic caseload of apprentices within our Electrical Apprenticeship Programme. This full-time, permanent role involves providing essential skills coaching and mentoring in a classroom/college-based setting to help apprentices excel in their end-point assessments. If you thrive in technical environments and enjoy supporting apprentice development, seize this opportunity to make a difference in apprentice training and employer engagement.


Experience of teaching in a classroom environment is essential to this role, and so a teaching qualification or the willingness to work towards a recognised teaching qualification within a reasonable time frame is required.


Please note that to be considered for this position you must have one of the following level 3 electrical installation qualifications: City & Guilds 8202, 2365, 2330 or 2360. You should also hold 18th Edition & AM2 / AM2S alongside an A1/CAVA certificate. Candidates should remember to state these qualifications in their personal statement as applicants who do not meet these criteria will not be considered.
