With our uncapped quarterly incentive there is an opportunity for staff to earn OTE of 40k+ in Claims.

Everyone who works for the company from day #1 is entitled and able to access the incentive with multiple staff already earning 7k+ per annum through this scheme to supplement their headline wages.

Staff are given the chance to adopt a new 4 day working week which offers staff the chance to do their hours in 4 working days allowing them to take 3 days off every week of the year.

Key Responsibilities:

Claims Handling:

Managing a mature caseload of complex and high value cases from entry to settlement whilst maintaining strong relationships throughout our professional network.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years experience dealing with motor insurance claims from inception through to settlement. Possessing expert insurance liability experience. A track record of strong technical insurance claims knowledge. CII an advantage.
