About the Role: In this advanced technical position, you will serve as the primary expert across all facets of Flow Cytometry. You will provide specialist technical, analytical, and scientific support, delivering high-quality advice, guidance, and training to a diverse user base, from students to external collaborators. Beyond hands-on experimental support and computational analysis, you will be instrumental in developing and expanding our cutting-edge services, managing essential equipment, and overseeing operational efficiency. A key aspect of this G6 role involves managing and developing a talented team of technicians, as well as contributing to the platform's strategic development and financial oversight.
Who We Are Looking For: We seek an experienced and proactive professional with comprehensive, hands-on expertise in flow cytometry, particularly in high-parameter and spectral approaches. You should possess proven skills in operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining complex cytometers, coupled with a deep understanding of immune cell populations and antibody panel design. Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and a strong user-focused approach are essential. Experience in supervising or mentoring junior colleagues, contributing to grant applications or publications, and a commitment to continuous professional development are highly valued.
