Job Description

A technical support analyst is required to help us meet demand for our growing business. We make modern radio engineering software for diverse industries such as Defence, Mining, Government, Broadcasting, Private Cellular and Search and Rescue.

There are no minimum qualifications but you will need to have a technical background in a relevant technical subject such as computing, GIS or radio.

Warning: This is a geeky company who chat about GPUs at lunch and share memes about Rust. If this terrifies or confuses you, you're probably not suitable.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

Answering support tickets Delivering remote training on how to use our interfaces Source and prepare GIS data (LiDAR etc) for use with our open standards system Investigating bugs and helping the development team test interfaces Support field testing and live demonstrations
You will join an exciting and growing small company where you will learn about software, radio, GIS and a range of interesting industries and customers.

Ideal candidates for this role include Armed Forces and Blue Lights Veterans who have experience of teaching.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 35,000.00-55,000.00 per year
