The Technical Services Team is responsible for Collaboration services, networking, storage, desktop delivery and servers for upwards of 30,000 users. In a rapidly changing and developing environment, this role will focus on delivering a wide range of collaboration technologies including MS Office 365 email, MS Teams, Amazon Connect and Sharepoint services to the whole University. This position is a part time job share role. We are looking for someone to job share for 2 to 3 days per week which is negotiable at interview The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues in Digital Technologies and will be joining an already high performing team with high standards. The successful candidate will have proven experience and skills in Office 365 administration with a focus on supporting end users and developing solutions related in particularly to Email, MS Teams and Sharepoint administration. Excellent customer service and time management skills. The ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams is essential, as is a work ethic ensuring that time critical projects are delivered when required.
