The post holder will be required to support product development, testing, and production by providing technical expertise across R&D, Electrical Design, and Production.
This will be achieved by conducting machine testing, designing and building control system test rigs, authoring and updating technical documentation, and supporting teams in resolving technical challenges.
The postholder will play a key role in ensuring product reliability, continuous improvement, and effective knowledge transfer through accurate documentation and collaborative problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Responding to technical enquiries.
- Assisting with testing of new products/software updates.
- Assisting with electrical design and construction of new systems/test rigs.
- Assisting with diagnosis and problem solving of issues.
Communicate and provide clear technical information by relevant methods.
- Provide technical and application assistance to production department.
- Provide sufficient technical information to ensure there is clear understanding.
Raise Non-Conformance Reports
- Assist with project management of R&D projects
- Updating Technical Documentation
- Review and provide feedback on standards.
- Update and maintain operations manuals.
