Are you ambitious, driven, and ready to take your IT career to the next level? This is the perfect role for someone with around 2+ years of IT support experience who's hungry to learn, eager to grow, and thrives in client-facing environments.
We're not looking for someone who just wants to fix tickets - we're looking for a people-first problem solver who enjoys building relationships, chatting with clients, and making IT feel effortless. If you're currently in a junior role but want progression, mentorship, and the chance to work with creative, exciting clients, this could be your next big step.
At Stodl, you won't be treated like "just another engineer." Rob, our founder, will personally mentor you, helping you develop your skills across Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Mac-based environments, and beyond. Our clients are fun, creative businesses - from fashion and talent agencies to tech start-ups - we support creatives who need IT that keeps up with their ambition.
Responsibilities

On-Site Support in London
- Work in some of the most creative client offices around
Who You Are
2+ years of IT support experience in an outsourced environment.
Comfortable with Macs (most of our clients use them) - you don't need to be an expert, but you should be confident in troubleshooting.
Familiar with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and networking basics (DNS, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, etc.) - or willing to learn fast.
A people-first person who enjoys chatting with clients and making IT simple.
Friendly, approachable, and not your "typical IT engineer". We need someone who can match the energy of our fun, creative clients.
Organised, able to prioritise effectively, and keen to grow your career.
Comfortable travelling to London regularly for client visits.
