Job Description
NTM-GB Ltd is a growing and ambitious company, which designs, manufactures, and sells Refuse Collection Vehicles both in the UK and Internationally.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Support Engineer to join our Engineering team at our site in Kidderminster. The role requires a professional with relevant engineering and/or mechanical experience from ideally working with similar types of equipment, with hands on electrical experience required, or relevant qualification.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Supporting the production team through taking a hands-on role with hydraulic, electrical and other related matters. Producing and developing engineering CAD drawings to meet specific requirements. Provide instruction and support in production. Ensure compliance to all relevant standards and regulations relating to the products manufacture. Develop and maintain strong relationships with the team, customers and suppliers. Actively participate in product development projects. Professionally support in the continual improvement of engineering and production processes.
An ideal candidate will be professional and self-motivated with good IT skills (including CAD) and the ability to solve problems, alongside a desire to develop in the role.
Good communication skills are vital for this role. The ideal candidate must be confident & flexible enough to work alone and as part of a team.
The package is dependent on experience, but will include:
