Summary



We are seeking a motivated IT Technical Support Engineer to join our expanding team in our Disking IT division, based in Hampshire. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our mission to provide outstanding managed IT solutions & security services to our clients. Your contributions will directly impact our growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities



Provide technical support for hardware and software issues. Troubleshoot networking problems and assist with VPN configurations. Respond to customer inquiries via help desk channels. Maintain documentation of technical processes and solutions. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery. Assist in the setup and maintenance of computer systems. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication. Stay updated on new technologies relevant to our services.

Qualifications



Strong knowledge of computer networking and troubleshooting techniques. Experience in providing technical support or IT support. Strong knowledge with Microsoft 365 Azure, Entra & Application Suite Familiarity with desktop support practices and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux). Excellent customer service skills with a focus on communication. Knowledge of help desk software Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
