----What a Typical Day Looks Like:

As an Internet Engineer, you'll be involved in a variety of key activities:

Support Desk Management:

Providing awesome tech support, troubleshooting client connectivity issues, and performing monitoring and maintenance on client devices.

Workshop and Logistics:

Building and preparing kit for client jobs, maintaining stock, and running our busy workshops.

Internal Systems:

Offering expert technical assistance to ensure our internal systems run efficiently.

Documentation:

Creating and updating documentation for our ever-expanding network.

Installation Support:

Working with installation teams, providing support as required.

Project Management:

Coordinating resources and personnel to manage client installations.

Innovation:

Brainstorming with fellow Engineers to continually improve Baltic Broadband's services.

This role requires a dedicated professional who thrives on detail, problem-solving, and providing outstanding customer service.Essential Requirements:

Experience:

6+ years of commercial experience in an IT/Service Provider environment.

Availability:

Hold a valid UK driving licence and be willing to participate in an on-call rota for emergencies.

Communication:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable explaining technical concepts to anyone, with strong documentation skills (using trouble-ticketing systems and phone support).

Professionalism:

Demonstrate commercial awareness, deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision, and thrive on providing outstanding customer support.

Independence:

Highly motivated, driven, and capable of working independently, volunteering for new challenges.

Technical Diagnosis:

Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting across LAN, WAN, Wireless, and Firewall technologies.
Extra Awesome (Nice to Have):

Experience with Antennas, Fixed Wireless Access/Mobile, and Linux Administration. Experience with Virtual Machines (e.g., VMWare). Experience with project management. Experience with fibre/splicing.
