About Technical Support
Technical Support provides installation, training and maintenance support to all systems deployed with customers. Special Projects sits within Technical Support, which provides specialist engineering to rapid design projects. Technical Support also provide Sales/Ops Support in line with Kirintec priorities and lead with specialist threat/technical threat support to Kirintec and its customers.

Main duties of the position
The holder delivers expertise and support to Sales, Operations and R&D. Essentially the role is to promote the Company's products, act as CEMA user and to ensure customers are provided with CEMA Capabilities which are fit for purpose.
This is a hands-on role.
Reporting Line
This role reports to Technical Support Manager
Key Responsibilities
Managing and organizing all aspects of customer trials and demonstrations.
Supporting the Technical Support Manager in controlling and maintaining the Company's inventory of demonstration equipment.
Tasking and / or delivering customer equipment commissioning in support of operations, whilst maintaining overall responsibility.
Developing in-house user expertise on the Company's systems, including:-
Building, maintaining and reviewing regional threat intelligence and databases.
Conducting RF surveys.
Compiling mission fills.
Contributing expertise and prose to system manuals and other technical literature.
Tasking and / or delivering training to customers (and colleagues), whilst maintaining overall responsibility.
Being part of a team undertaking after-sales customer support, this is a 24/7 responsive task.
Providing input to product development.
Complying with regulatory requirements, particularly F680 and Export Licensing.
Liaison with MOD and other regulatory 'interests'.
Any other reasonable duties required to support the company in meeting its objectives
Have due regard for PV Grading, F680 and Export Licence Controls
Working to Kirintec's ISO standards
Adhere to the national security framework in accordance with Security Requirements for List X Contractors
