Horn Cutting Tools Ltd. Ringwood, is the wholly owned UK subsidiary of Horn S.A. Luxemburg, Europe's leading supplier of grooving tools and a world leader in precision grooving technology. The company was incorporated in the UK in 2008, having previously traded as Horn UK since 1995.
Technical Support Engineer - Ringwood Hampshire
Salary is commensurate with experience
The main duties of this office based position are:
Creating quotations using in house pricing software
Providing Technical support to our customers, both online and by telephone
Advice on tool selection and cutting parameters
Understanding customer drawings and manufacturing processes.
Bespoke tool development and design.
The ideal applicant should be a flexible, enthusiastic, and motivated individual, who is proficient in CNC machining and skilled in the use of carbide cutting tools.
The candidate should possess a good knowledge of CAD systems, Microsoft Office and the ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills. In house training will be available to enhance career development.
