About the Role



We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic Post Production Technical Support Team. As a member of the Post Production Technical Support Team , you will be the first point of contact for users seeking assistance with our post production tools. You'll deliver high-quality support via phone and email, helping customers troubleshoot issues and get the most out of their Blackmagic Design products, including DaVinci Resolve, Cintel, Desktop Video and Blackmagic Cloud.

Key Responsibilities



Provide first-line technical support via phone and email to customers across the EMEA region. Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to queries in a timely, professional, and friendly manner. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to post production hardware and software. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior team members, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Blackmagic Design products and post production workflows. Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes.

What We're Looking For



A genuine interest in post production and emerging technologies. Strong problem-solving skills and a logical, methodical approach to troubleshooting. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A customer-first mindset with a proactive and empathetic approach to support. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role is highly desirable.
