Main purpose of the role:
To determine the exact requirements of our customers using effective communication, offer suggestions and suitable alternative options and collecting all necessary information in order to allow us to provide a quotation to the client or manufacturing/purchasing details to our suppliers. Liaise with the engineering teams to ensure they are fully aware of the customer requirements prior to commencing any work on site to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Scope of the role:
To develop customer relationships and work with local FM companies in the view to increasing year on year spends. Report to the region and senior management team monthly on sales activities and order intake as actual vs target, this is to be individual and as a Technical Surveyor.
Communication is key, as you have to liaise with both the Depot Manager and Depot Supervisors, as well as the engineer teams on your survey results. Attention to detail is also paramount and excellent customer service has to be offered at all times.
