Brief Description

Contribute to the management of the stations portfolio to deliver an effective estate management service to customers, and to sustain asset value and asset condition consistent with Network Rail\'s business aims.

About the role (External)
Key Accountabilities:

1. Support station portfolio team in making sure that Regions involvement in Local Delivery Groups (LDG) for delivery of Integrated Station Plans (ISP) is effective and supports delivery of works programme

2. Support liaison with customers and stakeholders, building and developing working relationships, both for the allocated estate and property issues arising generally, to deliver excellence in customer service.

3. Assist the station portfolio team in delivering good quality estate management to sustain asset value and asset condition

4. Assist with the management of customer credit control, and customer issues and queries on a day-to-day basis.

5. Assist in the management of the stations portfolio in accordance with best practice and professional principles.

Job Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

Essential

\xc2\xb7 Educated to A level or equivalent

\xc2\xb7 Good negotiation skills

\xc2\xb7 Good communication skills

\xc2\xb7 Diplomacy skills

\xc2\xb7 Positive and proactive team player

Desirable

\xc2\xb7 Training for TechRICS qualification

\xc2\xb7 Full driving licence
