Technical Systems Trainer
, you'll play a pivotal role in equipping our teams with the skills to get the very best from our systems - from Microsoft 365 and Power Automate to our specialist practice management tools.
You'll design and deliver engaging training - both in-person and online - to colleagues across the business, helping everyone from new starters to seasoned professionals work smarter and with confidence. You'll also be at the forefront of digital learning, creating interactive content for our LMS using tools like Articulate 360 and Camtasia, and keeping our training fresh with the latest tech innovations, including AI.###
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver training programmes on Microsoft 365, Power Automate, and practice-use systems (Document Management, Practice Management, Accounting).
Design engaging training schedules tailored to departmental needs.
Create interactive digital learning content for our LMS using tools like Articulate 360, Camtasia, and Copilot.
Conduct in-person and virtual sessions, ensuring system proficiency across the firm.
Provide hands-on support to employees during training and onboarding.
Continuously update training materials based on feedback, new tools, and emerging technology.
Manage multiple training programmes and deadlines effectively.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Proven experience as a Technical Systems Trainer, ideally within professional services.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Power Automate.
Familiarity with practice-use systems (Document Management, Practice Management, Accounting).
Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Storyline, and Camtasia.
Demonstrable experience delivering both digital and in-person training.
Excellent organisational skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills with a talent for simplifying complex processes
