This is an exciting and varied role which presents an excellent opportunity to promote Clyde's unique approach and Best Estate Agent Guide award winning service. We are seeking a positive, enthusiastic, organised, personable and pro-active team member who will be flexible in their approach to all aspects of our business.
Acting as first point of contact for planned letting property compliance renewal certification the role will be primarily customer focused, dealing with Landlord clients, Tenants and Contractors in the scheduling and planning compliance works to ensure their timely renewal as well as arranging any required remedial works.
The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate a positive attitude, excellent organisational skills, a strong work ethic, great communication skills and most importantly be able to cope with the busy and varied nature of letting management.
Previous experience would be advantageous and good
Strong IT skills are a must and a good working knowledge of Excel is crucial.
Core hours:
Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm
35 hours per week
Annual Salary: 24,000 - 27,000 DOE
Flexibility is required to cover Saturday rotas and our office opening hours. Competitive salary, company pension, holiday entitlement and employee benefits.
