Overview


We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Technical Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programmes that enhance the technical skills of our engineers and office remote support staff. This role requires a strong background in engineering principles and the ability to convey complex information in an accessible manner. The Technical Trainer will play a crucial role in ensuring that our workforce is equipped with the necessary skills to excel in their roles.

Duties



Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training materials and programmes focused on technical skills. Conduct engaging training sessions using various instructional techniques to cater to different learning styles. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes through assessments and feedback, making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement. Collaborate with engineering teams to stay updated on new technologies, tools, and processes relevant to the organisation. Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees as needed to reinforce learning outcomes. Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.

Requirements



Experience with Coffee equipment an advantage Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical drawings. Mechanical knowledge is essential, with experience Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly. Previous experience in a training or educational role is preferred but not mandatory. A proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and methodologies. Ability to create engaging learning materials, including manuals, videos, and exercises.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to 40,000.00 per year
