Technical Trainer
to deliver our training programme across our international projects. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering customised training packages tailored to each customer's unique requirements. Our team includes adoption specialists, trainers, and customer success professionals, all working together to support our customers in achieving their transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities -
Technical Trainer
(not exhaustive):
Program Leadership
: Deliver the Training for our products and projects, working with the wider CTC team to tailor it to meet customer-specific needs
Training Delivery
: Collaborate with colleagues and specialists to ensure the timely and effective delivery of customized training courses
Operational Planning
: Support the development of detailed schedules and action plans for training and coaching initiatives, ensuring alignment with customer timelines and objectives
Stakeholder Collaboration
: Work closely with internal teams, and external partners to organise resources and logistics for successful program execution
Quality Assurance
: Monitor the effectiveness of training and coaching programs, support the implementation of improvements based on feedback and performance metrics
Leadership
: Support a multidisciplinary team of engineers, customers and customer success managers to deliver seamless customer experiences
Requirements -
Technical Trainer
(not exhaustive):
Training / Teaching Qualification would prove highly beneficial
Proven experience of preparing and delivering technical training syllabuses
Strong organizational and project management skills with a detail-oriented mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration across teams
A strategic thinker who can align program frameworks with organizational and customer goals
Practical understanding of operational concepts and training methodologies
Working knowledge or experience of maritime navigation & aids to navigation, radar, AIS & marine VHF an advantage; although no essential
Knowledge and or interest in of maritime domain awareness and surveillance would be an advantage; although no essential
