We are looking for an experienced Technical Trainer to join our London office and build and lead BlueOptima's client training and onboarding function.
This is a newly created, full-time role that transitions training responsibilities previously managed jointly by the Product and Customer Success (CS) teams into a dedicated ownership position.
In this role, you will not only deliver impactful training sessions but also design the entire client education framework - establishing processes, standards, materials, and best practices that scale globally. You'll collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to ensure every client understands how to adopt BlueOptima's solutions effectively and extract maximum value from them.
