We specialise in the maintenance and repair of critical safety and survival equipment, including life jackets, oxygen masks, heat exchangers, fire extinguishers, and emergency exit slides. With a turnover exceeding 30 million, a customer base of over 250 clients, and continued strong growth, this is an exciting time to become part of our dynamic team.

Being a Technician at Avia Technique

This is a hands-on role requiring prior experience with aviation slides and rafts. You will be part of a skilled team committed to delivering high-quality maintenance services that meet both regulatory standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Perform high-quality maintenance and repair work in accordance with approved maintenance data. Ensure full compliance with aviation regulatory frameworks and internal quality policies. Collaborate effectively with colleagues to prioritise and manage workload. Consistently demonstrate accuracy, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Person profile:

Proven experience working with aviation slides and rafts (essential). Strong understanding of aviation maintenance standards and safety protocols. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
