What We Offer
Salary: 25,304 rising to 25,835 per year, with the potential to progress into higher-graded roles
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time - 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

What You'll Do

• Prepare, maintain, and set up art and design studios for practical teaching sessions
• Ensure studios and workshops are safe, organised, and compliant with health and safety requirements
• Support teaching staff and students during practical activities and project work
• Manage materials, tools, equipment, and stock levels across a range of creative disciplines
• Maintain specialist equipment and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Support a variety of subject areas such as Printmaking tools and presses, Photography studio equipment, Ceramics and 3D workshop machinery, Digital design hardware/software or related disciplines

What You'll Bring

• A level 2 qualification or above in Art, Design, Creative Practice, or a related discipline
• Experience working in a creative, technical, or educational environment
• A practical, organised approach with strong attention to detail and safety
• Confidence working with materials, equipment, and creative processes
