Teesside University are expanding our provision and facilities within our student dental facility. To support this growth, we have the opportunity to join our Technical Laboratory team within the School of Health & Life Sciences. Located within Centuria South at our Middlesbrough campus, the student dental facility is an inspiring learning environment that provides dental treatment on a referral basis to our local community.



Working closely with the academic team, technicians on a day-to-day basis ensure academic and clinic based practical sessions are fully provided for. This includes setup and clear down of equipment, maintaining stock levels including sourcing and procurement of equipment and consumables. Working alongside our Senior Dental Technician, you will help ensure the Student Dental Facility runs smoothly by providing support and routine trouble shooting of chairside dental equipment, including arranging servicing and maintenance.



With a specific responsibility for Dental, this role would particularly suit individuals with experience within a health-related discipline or possessing transferrable skills with a keen interest in the healthcare sector. For this role you will need to be supportive and flexible within the team, with a high level of enthusiasm and willingness to learn new skills.
