About the Role:

ME+EM are looking for a Technologist for Footwear & Accessories to join our team and ensure every product meets the uncompromising standards of quality, fit, and craftsmanship that define ME+EM. This is a rare opportunity to shape the technical direction of a growing category within a fast-scaling luxury brand.

Responsibilities:

Lead the technical development process for ME+EM footwear and accessories, from design concept through to final production. Partner closely with our design and buying teams to translate creative vision into commercially viable, technically sound products. Oversee fit sessions, wear trials, and product testing to guarantee exceptional comfort, durability, and finish. Work directly with suppliers and factories to ensure precise execution, consistency, and adherence to ME+EMs sustainability commitments. Maintain best-in-class tech packs, specifications, and processes to deliver accuracy and efficiency.

Skills:

Proven experience as a Technologist in luxury footwear and/or accessories. Expert knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and global manufacturing. A perfectionists eye for detail with the ability to solve problems creatively. Strong communication and collaboration skills to influence internal teams and external partners. Passion for luxury product innovation and delivering an elevated customer experience.
