MAIN PURPOSE:



To help assess, scope, and implement Technology led changes, with a specific focus on Microsoft applications, considering the impact of changes on users and how they interact with new and changing technology. Working collaboratively and cross organisationally to maximise the use of existing technology/Microsoft products and services



MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



Work with the Service Delivery team to assess feasibility of business and/or enhancement requests made to Technology. Engage with all areas of Brainkind, including CSS Departments and Services, to understand their business requirements and take a collaborative approach to help find solutions with a focus on utilising existing technology services and products (i.e. Microsoft products) where possible. Act as an interface between the business and Technology, and vice versa, to ensure requirements are fully understood. Work with Technology Service Delivery Team to evaluate and prioritise Microsoft controlled changes. Support with the communication of Technology led changes to the wider business. Provide training and support, as required, to improve understanding and adoption of Technology led changes. Lead and develop Brainkind's Digital Champions programme. Create and maintain documentation, guides and other support materials to assist end users with the adoption of Technology led changes in a user-friendly manner. Contribute to internal Technology knowledgebase via the documentation of process and procedure changes resulting from the introduction of new or updated Microsoft applications. Support with the standardisation of the Technology provision to the wider business. Proactively contribute to internal Technology groups (i.e. Technology Change Board, Technology Steering Group) as required, assessing and advising on changes from the user perspective Assist in managing small to medium sized projects related to Technology changes, ensuring they are delivered in a format that end users will understand and with minimum disruption.

ABOUT YOU:



Good GCSE or Equivalent in Maths and English Hold Microsoft certification in Microsoft Office Specialist - MOS Associate Change Management qualification and/or equivalent level of experience showing comprehensive application and knowledge of technology change management in a relevant setting Demonstrable experience of the application of change management techniques within a Technology setting Experience of developing training materials, user guides, training plans and sessions for end users Experience of evaluating Technology change requests and assessing their impact on end users, wider business, Technology environment Experience of producing communications explaining technology changes for a range of stakeholders Proactively keep IT skills and knowledge, up to date on new, and changing, Microsoft products Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
