Specsavers Technology Customer Service Desk is the primary and single point of contact to meet the IT needs of users in all our lines of business, Including Optics, Domiciliary, The Technology Customer Service Desk provides level 1 and level 2 resolution which includes receipt and creation of call logs through to remote fixes for all users. The Technology Customer Service Desk is open 7 days per week, 364 days per year.
