Job Description


As the Technology Experience Partner, you will collaborate with all areas of the business and our strategic IT partner to ensure the delivery of a first-class, innovative technology experience. You will be responsible for overseeing the technical management and development of our customer relationship management (CRM) system.

- Collaborate with staff across the organization to understand their current and future technology needs, translating them into a detailed roadmap for technology and digital improvement - Work with our strategic technology partner and other third-party suppliers to ensure the delivery of a high-quality IT experience in accordance with agreed contracts - Oversee the technical management and development of our CRM system, working closely with colleagues and our CRM developer to create and implement a detailed development roadmap - Lead and support projects aimed at improving the technology experience and transforming the business - Research, recommend, and implement new ideas and innovations in technology and digital - Provide technical advice and guidance on areas including digital, infrastructure, cyber security, hardware, and software - Support the development and implementation of key policies and procedures - Design and deliver training and support programs to increase technology literacy among staff and members - Undertake any other duties or ad hoc projects as reasonably requested in pursuance of the role

- Strong working knowledge of the latest IT innovations and practices, including infrastructure, cyber security, and hardware - Experience managing relationships with third-party suppliers - Proven experience in managing complex IT change projects - Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills - Ability to build relationships and act as a trusted advisor to staff across the organization, including senior stakeholders - Passion for change, innovation, and embedding environmental sustainability and equity, diversity, and belonging principles - Ability to lead and empower a team to deliver impact and achieve objectives
