This truly elite US law firm are currently looking for a number of technology associates at the 1-8PQE level to join their team in London.
The practice advises major clients including data centre operators and PE sponsors on telecommunications, digital infrastructure and other technology matters and the work will focus on high end complex bespoke commercial documentation as part of a wider M&A transaction.
You will be coming from a top tier UK, US or Australian law firm and will ideally have experience supporting on major corporate transactions.
