In this role, you will drive the strategic evolution of our global inventory management platforms, ensuring resilience, scalability, and innovation across critical post-trade functions. As a VP, you will provide technical leadership and architectural oversight, guiding teams to deliver high-performance, low-latency solutions that underpin funding, liquidity, and regulatory reporting capabilities. You will influence technology strategy, SAFE Agile adoption, and DevOps optimization, leveraging automation and cloud-native practices to enable real-time inventory visibility and robust controls.
You'll collaborate with senior stakeholders across Markets, Treasury, Liquid Financing, Operations, and Regulatory Reporting, shaping solutions that are both technically sound and commercially impactful. To be successful in this role, you should have:
Proven ability to design and implement enterprise-scale architecture for financial systems, with hands-on expertise in Java, microservices, and event-driven frameworks.
Deep experience with messaging platforms (Kafka, Solace, MQ) and integration patterns, combined with the ability to set technical direction and mentor teams.
Strong Agile delivery leadership, incorporating design thinking, test-driven development (TDD), and behavior-driven design (BDD), while influencing senior stakeholders and aligning technology initiatives with business priorities.
Additional skills include:
Practical experience in cloud-native development (AWS, OpenShift, Kubernetes/Docker).
Knowledge of data analytics and automation tooling for strategic decision-making.
Understanding of inventory funding, securities lending, and settlement workflows.
