Head of AI & PropTech

to spearhead our digital transformation and future proof our operations.

The Role

This pivotal, newly created senior leadership position, is designed for a forward thinking technologist who can drive the adoption of cutting edge tools, AI applications, and process automations. You will lead the development and integration of our next generation CRM, AI powered business intelligence, and property technology solutions, ensuring GLPG remains ahead of the curve in efficiency, client experience, and deal execution.

from streamlining internal processes to embedding AI into our deal making, marketing, and client servicing.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Strategy & Leadership

Define and deliver GLPG's AI and PropTech roadmap, aligned with company growth plans Identify, evaluate, and implement innovative tools, platforms, and automation solutions to enhance efficiency and profitability

CRM & Data Optimisation

Lead the development of a next generation CRM system tailored to property investment and advisory Integrate AI driven lead scoring, pipeline forecasting, and automated workflows Ensure data quality, integrity, and actionable reporting across all teams

AI Powered Business Intelligence

Develop tools for market analysis, deal sourcing, and valuation using AI and ML models Implement real time dashboards and performance analytics for leadership and sales teams

Automation & Workflow Innovation

Introduce RPA (Robotic Process Automation) for repetitive tasks, from marketing outreach to due diligence documentation Automate reporting, follow ups, and client communications where appropriate

PropTech Ecosystem Development

Evaluate emerging PropTech solutions for client reporting, and development feasibility

Change Management & Training

Drive adoption of new systems across the business with tailored training and support Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement

Key Requirements

Proven track record in a senior technology, digital transformation, or innovation role, ideally within property, finance, or related sectors Strong experience in CRM implementation, automation tools, and AI driven solutions Solid understanding of data management, APIs, and system integrations Familiarity with PropTech trends, market data platforms, and AI applications for real estate Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to deliver complex tech projects on time and within budget Strong communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and engaging teams
