We are currently seeking a Program Manager for the EMEA Portfolio to join our JLLT Leasing Technology group with specialization in business-centric technology program planning, execution, and governance.

In this role you\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible to manage complex regional technology programs working with product, engineering, and support to deliver new product capabilities and innovation.

The JLLT Leasing Technology group provides enterprise technology product portfolio planning and engineering program execution services globally and regionally for Markets Leasing Services.

What this job involves

As a Program Manager (P4) at JLL Technologies you will be directly responsible for :

Collaborate with technology product, data, engineering, and support from program planning through execution and governance.

Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering and product to determine and agree the programme scope, objectives, and success criteria.

Build operational plans and timelines in the context of EMEA Leasing objectives based on global business and cross-business product capabilities.

Coordinate with the sponsor on program intake through launch across product, engineering, and support.

Engage stakeholders to define integrated program plans which incorporate tasks related to: product management, change management, product design, engineering, and support. Provide basic change and process support such as stakeholder mapping engaging other support as necessary.

Manage complex program execution using agile and lean with standard product and engineering platforms.

Manage program financials and vendor management (incl invoice management) plus key performance metrics.

Manage risks and issues including mitigation plans with proper escalation to executive and senior leaders.

Manage program governance structure including review sessions, status reports, and other.

Lead deployment programs with multiple stakeholders and workstreams

Assist to define and deploy a program and support framework including best practices and lessons learned

Collaborate to promote a product culture including thought leadership, team building, and customer centricity

A Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree from an accredited institution is REQUIRED

5+ years of relevant/professional experience related REQUIRED

Experience at innovative startup or complex global organization with product culture and operating model

Strong stakeholder attention with ability to align multiple business and technology partners including vendors

Possess strong planning, execution, and organizational abilities to drive effectiveness and efficiency
