Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Group Change, Legal Operations, HR, Finance, and Mergers, Acquisitions and Integrations, will be crucial to ensuring project alignment and success.
Effectively manage vendors and internal SMEs to ensure timely service delivery, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with contracts.
Regularly report to senior stakeholders on project progress, milestones, issues, risks, and resource requirements will also be a key aspect of the role.
Track and manage project budgets against ROI, escalating any deviations as needed.
Identify project dependencies and risks, implementing mitigation or contingency plans, while controlling project scope through change management processes.
