Your responsibilities will include supporting the coordinator and operatives to carry out their duties, including assisting with the upkeep of the Service Now job management system. Additionally, you will assist with various operational tasks such as procurement, timesheet management, and equipment ordering.

What you'll be doing
Principle Accountabilities
Adhere to 'Zero Harm' safety process at all times.
Ensure NH Service Now data is captured and entered correctly and all data
accurate. Including maintenance records, night works, or fault updates.
Ensure night works schedules are up to date and work sent to the night teams.
Process material/stock orders in conjunction with the Supply Chain Procurement Team. Ensure PPE, equipment and tools are available for issue.
Assist with maintaining Training records.
Arranging meetings, rooms, and refreshments.
Deals with Stakeholder/Client/Customer communications
Assists with holiday and sick cover for the Service Coordinators.
Supports the management team where required.
General administration tasks and any Ad Hoc duties as and when required.
Who we're looking for
IT literate, conversant with database applications, competent in the use of MS
Office applications, MS Excel/Word/Projects (or similar).
Previous experience in ordering/administrational duties.
Previous experience in supporting a Field Based Team
Previous experience in managing booking systems would be adventitious.
