Job Description

EF is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced TEFL English Teacher to join our Manchester International Language Campus and contribute to our mission of opening the world through education.

Monday - Friday


Hourly paid


20 - 33 hours per week


September start

Your Role
Deliver engaging General English and Special Interest (SPIN) courses


Plan and prepare lessons using EF's curriculum and blended learning approach


Track student attendance, assess progress, and provide regular feedback


Facilitate testing and maintain academic records


Participate in teacher briefings, staff meetings, and professional development sessions


Contribute to a positive and collaborative academic team environment


Support students in achieving their learning goals through tutorials and guidance


Requirements
CELTA / equivalent qualification


Degree


Strong classroom management and communication skills


Passion for international education and student success


Highly organized with attention to detail


Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment


Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare (DBS check required)
