The Role:
As a telesales executive, you'll engage homeowners who've already shown interest in solar, provide tailored quotes, and close deals over the phone.
All leads are warm and pre-qualified by our in-house marketing team -- no cold calling dead numbers.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Quoting solar systems and explaining benefits clearly
- Following up and closing deals over the phone
- Working with field sales and admin teams for smooth handovers
- Hitting and exceeding targets -- and earning rewards
- Continuous development through coaching and support

- Proven telesales or cold calling experience
- Confident communicator who builds trust quickly
