The Role
You'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, engaging with warm leads and booking appointments for our sales consultants. Working afternoons and evenings, this role is perfect for someone who's target-driven, enjoys speaking to people, and wants to earn commission on top of their base pay.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
Follow up on warm enquiries and web leads
Qualify customer needs and book appointments for sales reps
Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
Achieve daily and weekly booking targets
Support the wider sales team by providing quality leads
What We're Looking For
Confident communicator with a friendly, professional manner
Previous telesales/appointment setting experience desirable (but not essential)
Target-driven and motivated by results
Resilient, with a positive "can-do" attitude
Comfortable working evenings (3pm-8pm, Mon-Fri) with optional weekend hours
