We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products and services, and generating leads to support our sales goals. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with customers effectively.
Duties
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our offerings.
Utilise CRM software, including Hubspot, to track interactions and manage leads effectively.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to accurately answer client queries.
Build rapport with potential customers through effective communication and relationship-building techniques.
Document call outcomes and update client information in the CRM system promptly.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads into the sales process.
Meet or exceed daily call quotas while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Skills
Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing is preferred but not essential.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to engage clients effectively and persuasively over the phone.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in documenting interactions.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections during calls.
