We are seeking a motivated and professional Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting Banqueting Halls and Hotel services, and generating new business opportunities. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in developing their sales skills within a supportive environment. Fluency in English and experience with B2B and B2C sales are highly desirable.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, focusing on B2C and B2B sales opportunities.
Present our services effectively, addressing client needs and questions.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions within our Catersoft System.
Analyse customer data to identify potential leads and tailor sales approaches accordingly.
Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert prospects into clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching targets and expanding our client base.
Provide feedback on common client objections or concerns to improve sales scripts and strategies.
Experience
Proven experience in telemarketing or outbound sales, preferably in Banqueting sales.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adapt strategies accordingly.
Familiarity with Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Canva is desirable
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English
