to continue our rapid growth. We specialise in providing online and face-to-face fitness qualifications nationwide for people looking to enter the fitness industry.
Key Responsibilities
Converting
inbound
inquiries
Ensuring customers buy the correct course to pursue their fitness career
Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects
Upselling different course packages
Point of sale referrals
Selling additional courses to existing learners
If you have a proven track record in sales and feel comfortable working in a pressured environment, we'd like to meet you. Ultimately, you'll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company's rapid and sustainable growth.
Requirements
Have experience as a Sales Executive or in a relevant role.
Have excellent communication skills, and can adapt when communicating with different customers.
A good understanding of the sales process and have the ability to get deals over the line using various techniques.
A quick learner who is extremely passionate about sales and can work under pressure to hit individual sales targets.
Highly self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Proficiency in English, Mathematics, and Microsoft Office.
Working Hours
Include 2 days 12.00 - 20.00 and 2 days 9.00 - 17.00 every week.
Working every other weekend 10-4 is required, one day off during the week when working weekend.
40 hours over a 2-week rota
Salary
Basic 28,000 - 35,000 dependant on experience
Bonus-related incentives include an additional OTE up to 15,000 per year.
