Duties



Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services.

Engage with prospects to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Maintain accurate records of calls made and customer interactions using Salesforce.

Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns.

Analyse customer feedback and market trends to refine sales strategies.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and lead conversion.

Achieve individual and team targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications



Previous experience in a sales or telemarketing role is preferred.

Good computer skills

Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and market opportunities.

Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive approach.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

A positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn are essential traits for success in this role.

Agreed rate: 13.50 per hour for 15 - 20 hours per week

2.5% of commission on all sales you arrange (whilst contracting). With our products ranging from 2,500 to over 100,000 each, this is a HUGE & genuine opportunity.
