We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic TeleSales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients to promote our products and services, utilising effective communication skills to engage prospects. This role requires a proactive approach to sales and the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
Duties
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing them to our offerings. All Warm Leads
Effectively communicate product features and benefits, addressing any questions or concerns.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions using our software systems, including Salesforce.
Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving outreach and conversion rates.
Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to help refine our sales approach.
Achieve daily and weekly call targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Qualifications
Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not essential.
Proficiency in English is required
Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is advantageous.
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
A self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining accurate records.
