Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and articulate Caller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to clients, providing information about our services, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Duties

Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients to provide information about products and services. Accurately enter data into the company's database during and after calls. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while engaging with clients. Upsell additional services or products based on client needs and interests. Maintain detailed records of conversations and client interactions for future reference. Collaborate with team members to improve call strategies and enhance customer satisfaction. Analyse client feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.

Skills

Proficient in data entry with a keen attention to detail. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities, particularly in English and Spanish, are highly desirable. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients. Excellent phone etiquette to ensure a professional interaction at all times. Analytical skills to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions. Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining a positive customer experience. Pay: 11.00-12.50 per hour
