Mole Valley Life is seeking highly motivated individuals to support our Lifeline Alarm Service enabling those who use the service to remain living safely in their home. The successful candidate will

someone who enjoys helping people and solving problems. You have strong interpersonal skills and can communicate clearly and patiently with a wide range of

individuals, including older and vulnerable people.

There are two vacancies within the team, both are full time working 37 hours per week.

Salary: 27,130 to 28,720 per annum

Our award-winning, TSA-accredited Lifeline Alarm and Technology Enabled Care (TEC) service combines traditional telecare with cutting-edge digital technology and proactive wellbeing calls.

About the role

As a Telecare Installer, you'll visit clients in their homes to assess needs, install and maintain Telecare equipment, and provide clear demonstrations to ensure confidence in its use. You'll also:

Diagnose and resolve equipment faults. Offer advice and signposting additional services. Support community initiatives and promotional activities. Participate in emergency callouts and occasional weekend cover. Full training provided, including TEC installation and presentation skills. Vehicle provided for work duties. Opportunities for ongoing professional development.

About you

Experience in a customer-facing role with excellent communication skills. Willingness to learn and develop technical skills for Telecare installation and maintenance. Strong organisational and IT skills. Empathy, patience, and a commitment to confidentiality. Full UK driving licence (max 3 penalty points). Flexible to work weekends and provide out-of-hours cover.
