Telecoms installation and civils Coordinator

to oversee day-to-day operations and support the smooth delivery of our projects.

Role Overview



As the Telecoms installation and civils Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating daily civils activities, managing field teams, and ensuring all work is completed on time, within scope, and to industry standards. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can effectively manage multiple tasks, and has extensive experience within the telecoms industry

Key Responsibilities



Coordinate and manage day-to-day civils and fibre installation works across multiple job sites Create, distribute, and manage daily and weekly work schedules for civils teams, installation teams and subcontractors Act as the primary point of contact for clients, field teams, and internal departments Arrange and track permits, traffic management requests, and local authority notifications Oversee pre-work surveys, site assessments, and ensure job packs, RAMS and drawings are complete Order materials, track deliveries, and manage stock levels for ongoing projects Monitor progress of jobs, update project management systems, and ensure all documentation is completed Liaise with local councils, highways authorities and third parties regarding works in the public highway Ensure that reinstatement meets required standards and quality expectations Track job costs, labour hours and material usage to maintain accurate reporting Support invoicing, job closures, variations and commercial administration Resolve operational issues promptly to minimise delays and maintain productivity Ensure health & safety compliance, including toolbox talks, close calls, and adherence to company policies Maintain accurate as-built records, photos, and documentation for each job Assist management with planning, forecasting and continuous operational improvement

Skills & Experience Required



Experience in telecoms civils, fibre installation, utilities, or similar industry (preferred) Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good understanding of NRSWA, reinstatement requirements, ducting, and fibre networks Confident using MS Office and project/work management systems Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and hands-on approach Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: 30,000.00-45,000.00 per year
